Who we are
This site is operated by Ignite Technologies Holding Group LLC (“Ignite”, “we”, “us”), a Jamaican company working from Kingston and Spanish Town. We build AI solutions, custom software, chatbots and process automation, and we provide consultation services.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, share and quote this site. You agree not to use it to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to attempt unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, or to scrape it for the purpose of impersonating us or reselling our material as your own.
What this site is and is not
Everything on this site — service descriptions, articles, examples, figures — is general information about what we do. It is not a quote, a proposal, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation. Nothing here creates a contract between us.
How we actually engage
Work is agreed in a separate written proposal, quotation or contract signed by both sides. That document is what governs the engagement — its scope, price, timelines, payment terms, cancellation and refund terms, warranties, confidentiality and intellectual property. Where that document and this page disagree, that document wins.
Enquiries and consultation requests made through this site are requests, not bookings. A booking exists once we confirm it to you directly.
Our content
The text, graphics, logos, software and other material on this site belong to Ignite or to the people we licensed them from, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote or link to our content with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, sell it, or present it as your own. The Ignite name, flame mark and product names (including Ignite Social and CyarGPT) are ours.
Our products and other services
Some products we link to — Ignite Social, CyarGPT and others — run on their own platforms and may carry their own terms. Where they do, those terms apply to your use of that product.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their security or their handling of your data.
Availability
We work to keep this site up and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or current. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the extent Jamaican law allows, Ignite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost business or lost data — arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
